Some years ago, my husband and I decided to quit smoking. My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin to prevent cravings, and also as an anti-depressent. My husband and I each took our respective medication, directly as the doctor had prescribed it.

I shall try different medications to combat my insomnia, too-are the drugs against the rules, and not entirely satisfactory to me. A friend suggested I try Melatonin, dietary supplements, so I thought, I would like to try.

I received a small bottle of melatonin tablets in the drugstore, and I selected the "Nature Made" brand as it was least expensive. Each tablet 3 mg, and the label says to take 1 tablet before bedtime to help promote sleep.

So, that night I took 1 tablet and went to bed. I noted that I felt tired, and I was falling asleep difficult. I was tempted to one another tablet, but I could not. I Tossed years old and every night and woke up a couple of hours. Regardless of the fee for anything I have.

The first night I found brave and took 2 tablets. The label said the product is completely natural, so I thought it might not be harmful. Even after 2 tablets received any results. This appears to be no any effect on me.

Maybe they are working with people with very mild insomnia. It seems all my friends have to swear, but they did not any anything to me. I considered buying a waste of money. I will not bother the more complete and will continue to
